Raccoons are very beautiful animals. They mostly like to live around running water.They are a nocturnal carnivore. Raccons love to eat your garbage!!! Yum Yum! and you get the joy of cleaning it up the next day.To prevent this just put locks on your garbage cans.Raccoons are omnivorous, this means that they eat: fruit,vegetables,nuts,insects, catfood,dogfood. Basically anything!! The adult size is 25-45lbs.If you feed raccoons they will eventually become adapted to your environment and be friendly to you but remember to be very careful they might be aggressive and you could get injured. Raccoons breed during late winter and early spring.They have a litter of about 3-5 babies. They stay with there mother for about seven weeks after birth while the mother moves them to a series of different dens. Overall raccoons are very curious and friendly animals.
